By accessing or using Custera™, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Beta Platform Status
SuperviseWell currently operates as a Founding Member Beta platform.
Users acknowledge that:
• Features may change• Features may be modified or removed• Errors or interruptions may occur• Functionality may evolve without notice
Subscription Billing
Custera™ currently offers recurring subscription plans.
Subscriptions:
• Automatically renew each billing cycle• Continue until canceled• May be canceled at any time
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not create a right to refunds for prior billing periods.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate records• Protecting account credentials• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws• Verifying licensing board requirements• Determining appropriate supervision practices
No Compliance Guarantee
Custera™ assists with documentation and workflow management.
Use of SuperviseWell does not guarantee:
• Regulatory compliance• Licensure approval• Audit readiness• Acceptance of documentation by licensing boards• Compliance with state-specific supervision requirements
Users remain solely responsible for verifying all applicable requirements.
Intellectual Property
All software, designs, content, workflows, trademarks, logos, documentation, and platform materials are owned by Custera™.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custera™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
