SUPERVISEWELL FOUNDING MEMBER BETA PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

By subscribing to or accessing the SuperviseWell Founding Member Beta, you agree to the following:

  1. Beta Status

The platform is currently operating in beta and may contain defects, interruptions, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.

  1. Feedback

Participants may provide feedback, recommendations, suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests.

SuperviseWell may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

  1. No Guarantee

SuperviseWell does not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability, feature completeness, regulatory compliance, licensure approval, or acceptance by any licensing board.

  1. Appropriate Use

Participants agree not to:

• Upload unlawful content• Attempt unauthorized access• Disrupt platform operations• Misrepresent information• Reverse engineer platform functionality

  1. Confidentiality

Participants agree not to publicly disclose non-public platform features, development plans, security details, source code, or proprietary information without written permission.

  1. Subscription Terms

Participation may require an active paid subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The beta platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

  1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the SuperviseWell beta platform, the participant acknowledges and accepts these terms.
